*In the face of the visa procedure we generally recommend an application as early as possible. Therefore we strongly advise that candidates from abroad (NON-EU Citizens) submit their complete application file no later than December 15, 2009.
**Candidates from Germany and the rest of Europe may hand in their application package by December 15, 2009 for the next Masters Program start.
