WHAT MAKES OUR MASTER PROGRAMS SPECIAL?

Our Master Programs are more than MBA programs:

  • Integrated approach of Engineering Technology, Economics and Information Science
  • Ideal combination of case study oriented MBA elements with application oriented methods and conceptual engineering know-how
  • Gobal and intercultural approach of specialists and junior managers

Leadership in today’s fast changing & complex environment does imply technological responsibilities as well as economical accountability and management know-how. Therefore all programs combine Management & Engineering Know-How.

5 Management Modules form the basis of all programs and provide basic knowledge in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Project and HR Management as well as Law, so they can consider commercial consequences of business decisions.

The engineering emphasis of each program is taught in 5 additonal Modules adapted to each specialization:

The future will be a transport system producing zero emissions and sparing the surface landscape, while people on average range hundreds of kilometers daily. This prospect of ‚green mobility‘ is consistent in general principles with historical evolution and needs engineers to realize this vision. The Master program will empower students to understand and successfully manage the most important technologies that will enable the automotive industry to master the challenges ahead.

POM is targeting future factory managers. Beside the above mentioned management skills the program focuses on the application of the state of the art in production technology and production engineering combined with the newest approaches of supply chain management.

Master in Management of Product Development (MPD)

MPD offers an integrated approach towards efficient product development using virtual engineering processes in order to design highly utilized machine elements and systems.

Master in Embedded Systems Engineering (ESE)

ESE is geared to industrial processes and methods of embedded electronic systems and shows in an interdisciplinary concept its economic consequences. The program prepares participants for the adoption of on-going tasks, such as development and management of innovation and production processes. To that effect, the curriculum is comprised of technical, organziational and economic subjects and furthermore it provides a deep insight into new methods of product development, new materials and technologies and applications of embedded systems for wireless and optical communication, signal processing and integration systems.
